Hello everyone, my name is Bo and I hail from Eastern Europe. Born in former Yugoslavia (today Bosnia), raised in Croatia, and being Serbian made my life especially difficult during the 90s. I came to this country in 1998 at the ripe age of 18 with my parents and my younger brother, who to this day still works with me every day. My entire life I have always worked very hard and as refugees we of course struggled with poverty therefore I was always working at least two jobs while going to school. It took me 9 years to graduate from college because I never took any breaks from having 2 full time jobs and I never took any loans to pay for my classes. I started in 1998 from learning English and finishing my Business degree in 2007. I also attended Law School in Orlando for a brief moment 2008-2009 but thats another story for another time... I am fluent in all dialects of Serbo-Croatian/Bosnian, German and English as well as some superficial knowledge of Spanish. I laugh when kids nowadays tell me about their long 45-50 hours week. I started Driveline in 2009 after I turned 30, and I grew it from a small parking lot on Hogan Road with 6 cars to a 130–150 car inventory and as of this year a full-service department. The reason I started service is because I just couldn’t handle the high prices of big dealerships and 3 or more weeks wait to even get my car looked at and diagnosed or on the opposite end of that spectrum dealing with small unequipped shops with people not doing the job right the first time, people with no discipline, no right knowledge telling me what to do and how it’s done and be wrong for the third time; therefore I decided to do it myself and do it better. I knew nothing about service, but with my 2 righ hand men Jesus and Rafael and my rock of a strong independent woman Stephanie I think we are handling it rather well. Cars have always been a passion of mine, and classical cars are how it all started. I have special appreciation for vehicles with heritage and history, and I can talk for hours about old European cars. I can decipher a VIN from an old Mercedes just by looking at it and tell you exactly the car, year, equipment and package, whether it’s a 2 or 4 door, manual or automatic, and I know every color code by heart. I know it’s boring, but I like it. As far as our business, I pride myself on creating a family-like environment that takes care of each other first, and because of that we are able to take care of our customers, who also become our family once they join Drive-Tribe. My favorite quote: ”I shall pass through this world but once. Any good therefore that I can do or any kindness that I can show, let me do it now. Let me not deter or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.”

Hi, I’m Chris. Driveline has always been personal to me because I’ve been part of it since the very beginning. My path here was not exactly traditional; I studied biomedical sciences and art history, then somehow found myself in the car business. But in a strange way, it fits: I’ve always been drawn to precision, design, craftsmanship, and the small details that separate “good” from “special.” I grew up in Germany, speak four languages including German and Spanish, and have traveled to six continents, so I’ve developed a real appreciation for people, cultures, and especially European vehicles. At Driveline, I try to make the buying process feel clear, comfortable, and enjoyable, whether someone is buying their first luxury vehicle or adding something special to the garage. Outside of work, I’m usually traveling, exploring art and architecture, talking about cars, or making sure Rafael knows his push-up crown is never safe.

Hola, I'm Rafael Merizalde, Service Director at Driveline. I've been in the world of automotive fluids, fuels, and lubricants longer than most people have been driving. My years with Chevron and Texaco managing global operations gave me a deep respect for the science of performance, and it’s something I bring to our shop every single day. I joined Driveline as a salesperson and quickly fell in love with the operation, eventually building better processes and growing our service department into something I’m genuinely proud of. I’m fully bilingual in English and Spanish, so I love being able to connect with every customer who walks through our doors. When I’m not at work, I’m a devoted husband and father, a musician who loves writing and playing, or the reigning push-up champion at our Friday morale meetings. If I’m not under a hood, I’m probably tracking down a new melody, at the gym, or enjoying time with my family. Starting at just 18 years old, I began my career in the automotive industry at a family-owned Chevrolet dealership, where I had the opportunity to apprentice under the nation’s top Chevrolet salesperson for an entire year. From there, the dealership owner personally trained me in every department of the business, giving me a complete understanding of the automotive industry from the ground up. After six years of hands-on experience and growth, I left the dealership at 23 years old as a Finance Manager. Hi, I’m Jorge! I’ve spent my entire life around engines and mechanics, and at 63 years old, I’m still as passionate about the craft as the day I started. I graduated from the Technical School of Engineering and Automotive Mechanics in Havana, Cuba, back in 1980, and I bring over 46 years of experience to the shop. I’ve been in the United States for over 12 years now, and while I’m a veteran in heavy-duty mechanics, I pride myself on staying in top physical shape keeping right up with the rest of the crew every single day. In the shop, I’m the one who looks out for everyone, and I’m lucky to have a team that looks out for me in return. Even in my free time, you’ll usually find me working on mechanics because it truly is my life’s passion. When I’m taking a break from the tools, I love to travel and enjoy the simple pleasure of a good cigar. With over four decades under the hood, there isn't much I haven't seen. I look forward to using that experience to take care of your vehicle!

I’m a Master Tech trained in Duramax, Cummins, and Powerstroke, bringing relentless precision to every major system I touch. Whether I’m turning wrenches as a Heavy Duty Tech or running the show as a top-tier Warranty Administrator, I ensure every operation runs like a well-oiled machine. I bring that same intensity to the water as a licensed USCG Captain, tow boat operator, and owner of Marshrats Fishing LLC. Outside the shop, I am a devoted father, an Eagle Scout, and a classically trained musician who values elite service. If I’m not in the engine room, I’m probably on the water, at the gym, or preparing for the next big challenge. My ultimate goal? To deliver results that are truly bulletproof every single day. Hi, I’m Rami! Before I was fixing cars, I was actually working on action movies and comedies overseas. From 2002 to 2012, I was a show producer’s assistant arranging lighting, managing sets, and repairing anything that broke on production. If it was broken, I fixed it. That’s just always been who I am. In 2012, I decided to follow my real passion and made my career as a mechanic official. I moved to America in 2014 to keep building my career, working at various dealerships until I landed in Pennsylvania in 2018. It was there, at a luxury used car lot, that I completely fell in love with Audis and Volkswagens. That passion led me to open my own repair shop, which I ran successfully until the world changed in 2020. I then spent time sharpening my craft at a franchise Audi dealership before finally making my way down to Jacksonville in 2025 to join the Driveline family. My specialties are Audi, Volkswagen, sunroof repairs, and anything cosmetic or creative. My motto is simple: every single car is different and should be treated that way. When I’m not under the hood, I love to travel, and I have a random soft spot for raccoons. Plus, after all those years working on comedies, I still appreciate a good joke. My name is Nikita. Since childhood, my life has been connected with mechanics and speed from the age of 6 to 18, I professionally raced go-karts and achieved the Candidate for Master of Sports rank. Over the years in Russia, I worked as an automotive mechanic, and for the last 7 years I worked as a long-haul truck driver. For 5 of those years, I operated my own truck across Russia, and during the last 2 years before moving, I worked in Europe. Since 2022, I have been living in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. During this time, I have been working as a mechanic in different auto repair shops. I have strong technical skills, work well with my hands, learn quickly, and always take my work seriously and responsibly. I am a family man and have two sons, ages 10 and 2. I’ve stepped into the role of our newest mechanic, and I’m dedicated to learning and perfecting my craft every single day. Soccer is my great passion, and I spend as much of my free time as possible practicing and playing the game.
