Pasha, Chris, and Claire helped trading my car in a breeze. I just bought a really nice 2018 Jaguar from Driveline and it runs great. The customer service is top tier at this establishment. Steve even checked on me as well even though I was already being helped. If you’re looking for a new vehicle these guys are great. I’m currently referring a fellow veteran at this very moment.

I had an amazing experience working with Cris Williams. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything went smoothly and was very patient, kind, professional, and honest throughout the entire process.What I appreciated most was the transparency. Everything was explained clearly, I never felt rushed or pressured, and Cris took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything.He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help. Cris is an amazing person to work with, and I would absolutely recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. I highly recommend Cris Williams. From the beginning, he was honest, transparent, patient, and genuinely kind. He made sure everything was explained clearly and never made me feel pressured or rushed.Cris worked very, very hard throughout the entire process to make sure everything came together properly. He stayed patient, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to help me.What really stood out was how transparent and straightforward he was about everything. It is hard to find someone in the car business who makes you feel comfortable and treated with respect throughout the entire process.Cris is an amazing person and truly cares about his customers. I had a great experience with him and the dealership, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. 5 stars

I waited a couple days to write this review because I wanted to make sure the car was legit. I did my homework and read all of the reviews about DriveLine and was skeptical about getting a used car from them.I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid because I needed a vehicle with great gas mileage, I could not be happier. In the last 2 days have put 400 miles on the vehicle and it runs great. When I first showed interest through TrueCar (Sams Club) I was immediately contacted by Victor from DriveLine. He came on strong about the car and I was very apprehensive about scheduling a time to see it. After several calls, yes SEVERAL, we went to DriveLine and we met Victor. He immediately informed us the car had an issue they were addressing, would be about an hour. He looked a little suspect and we were really thinking about not moving forward. We were wrong, Victor was honest, forthcoming, and friendly as could be. Don't judge a book by its cover. Made the whole buying experience painless and I cannot be happier.We talked about going back and getting another, higher end for the weekend, car once we get settled. Thank you Victor!!!
