I have been looking for a decent used truck for some time now. Had a late model 4x4 Sierra with less than 23k miles and needed to get some of my equity out of it for a specific purpose. Found an add from Driveline llc on autotrader and gave them a ring. Spoke with Victor he said the truck was on the lot so I drove out expecting the same old same, fast talk and B.S. First thing Victor sends his appraiser out and he can not give what another dealer had offered.......Straight up told me they could not do it... didnt beat around the bush about it ..no song and dance...told me to go to the dealer that offered me that amt and sell it to them and come back and see him....Even told me what he could do on an out the door price on the truck. Then offered to pick me up at the dealership I sold too. I did as Victor said, got the pay out called Victor and he takes time to come and pick me up himself just as he said (they were very busy so I know it was inconvenient) He turns me over to C.J. once we got back to the dealership as they were super busy....C.J. takes me out shows me a couple of trucks and we test drive the one I liked the best. Super nice guys....no B.S. when C.J. was brought in on the deal he picked right up...... no changes, no slight of hand with the numbers no bull shit. They shot straight as an arrow. I caused a miscommunication not listening as well as I should have. To be honest any other dealer would have said take it or leave it Bud.... but Victor and C.J. worked to get me where I needed to be even though the misunderstanding was all on me. Great guys..... whole process with them was literally the fastest easiest no nonsense deal I have ever experienced even with my oversight.......and I have bought more than my fair share of automobiles through the years. These guys are on their game, honest, straight shooters they Really, Really, Really bent over backwards to accommodate me. I highly recommend a visit to see these guys if you are in the market.....They will most definitely be my first visit from here on out. Thank You Victor !!!!...Thank you C.J. !!!! you guys are top notch and I truly appreciate the no nonsense straight forward way you guys conducted business !!!!!!!!!
